Founded in 2023, the Health Promotion Center is a charitable organization dedicated to providing compassionate palliative care to those in need across Kochia, Rangwe Constituency, Homa Bay County. Our center is a haven of comfort nestled in a serene, tree-lined property, situated in a rehabilitated eight-room house on a half-acre plot. With reliable access to electricity and a sustainable water source, our facility offers a calm and welcoming environment to support patients and their families throughout their journey.
